Founder and Charter Manager
Evgenia (Eva) Vatutina
Ukrainian by birth, Eva’s entrepreneurial journey began at just 17, immediately after completing high school in the United States, when she launched her first business—demonstrating remarkable drive and business acumen from an early age.
She went on to build a successful career in banking, advancing to the role of Large Corporate Clients Manager while earning her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management.
In 2010, Eva relocated to Croatia, where she transitioned into the tourism and hospitality industry—quickly finding her place in the world of yachting. After managing a five-star hotel spa, she joined one of the world’s leading yacht charter companies as Marketing and Direct Charter Sales Manager, later becoming a Yacht Sales Broker. These roles provided her with a deep, multi-dimensional understanding of the industry.
Her true passion, however, is ViVat Yacht—her own boutique charter brand—where she brings her vision of highly personalized, detail-driven yachting experiences to life. Through ViVat Yacht, Eva has successfully built and managed a fleet of luxury catamarans and motor yachts in Croatia, focusing on quality, guest experience, and long-term value for yacht owners.
Today, alongside her role as Director of a boutique charter company in Croatia and the development of her central agency Daymark Marine, ViVat Yacht remains at the heart of her work—a reflection of her hands-on approach, entrepreneurial spirit, and commitment to excellence.
Eva brings a complete 360-degree perspective—understanding what owners need, what clients expect, and how to deliver both flawlessly—while continuing to grow ViVat Yacht as her signature brand.

Sergey Kazimirenko
Sergey, CEO of ViVat Yacht Ukraine, is a sailor at heart—driven by a deep passion for the sea, travel, and discovery.What began as a personal love for sailing gradually evolved into something much greater.
After more than a decade of chartering with Eva/ ViVat Yacht, Sergey developed not only a profound understanding of yachting, but also a genuine connection to the brand and its philosophy. His journey is a testament to how passion, when nurtured over time, can transform into purpose.
Following the challenges his business in Ukraine faced due to the war, Sergey made a decisive shift—turning his lifelong passion into his profession. Today, he leads ViVat Yacht Ukraine with authenticity, resilience, and a clear vision.
His optimism is truly contagious—bringing energy, trust, and inspiration to both clients and partners. With a sailor’s mindset and an explorer’s spirit, Sergey believes that yachting is about more than travel—it is about freedom, perspective, and unforgettable experiences.
Under his leadership, ViVat Yacht Ukraine embodies a deeply personal and passionate approach, where every journey reflects not only expertise, but a true love for life at sea.
Admin Assistant and Customer Relations
Melodi Vladisavljević
Melodi is a dedicated member of the ViVat Yacht team, bringing experience from working on a motor yacht as a hostess, later working in sales, translations and customer relations. She always engages with a warm, direct, and creative approach. Melody supports clients throughout the entire charter process, ensuring they feel understood, guided, and genuinely cared for—from the first inquiry to the final details of their journey.
While much of her time is spent among yachts and clients, she stays grounded through her love of nature and life’s simple, authentic pleasures. The calm, clear waters of the sea are a particular source of inspiration and renewal for her.
Fluent in four languages (English, French, Italian and Slovenian) and known for her reliability, Melodi brings genuine commitment to everything she does.
Whether helping clients book their transfer, choose the right hotel to stay before or after the charter or ensuring a seamless booking experience, she offers clarity, calm, and a personal touch in every interaction.
